These vulnerabilities include information disclosure vulnerabilities and remote code execution vulnerabilities. They all can be exploited without authentication.
CVE-2013-1594 allows attackers to send GET requests to obtain plaintext information, such as FTP credentials, share folder credentials, SMTP credentials, WEP / WPA Keys, DynDNS credentials, Safe100.net credentials, TZO credentials, and more.
CVE-2013-1595 allows attackers to remotely execute arbitrary code on the affected device.
CVE-2013-1596 allows attackers to access the device's video stream via RTSP.
CVE-2013-1597 allows attackers to directly access the camera’s memory and use it to obtain user credentials.
CVE-2013-1598 allows attackers to arbitrarily execute commands from the device's administration web interface.

Elevation of Privilege via Information Disclosure (CVE-2013-1594 and CVE-2013-1597)
Exploitation of this vulnerability will grant an attacker access to sensitive information, such as plaintext usernames, passwords, etc. These can be used by the remote attacker to elevate their privileges to one of the revealed user accounts.
Remote Code Execution (CVE-2013-1595)
Exploitation of this vulnerability is possible by forming a malicious request and sending it to the affected server. Remote attackers who successfully exploit this vulnerability will be able to execute arbitrary commands on the vulnerable system with the same rights as the web service.
Security Bypass (CVE-2013-1596)
This vulnerability allows an attacker to bypass certain security restrictions on the system, allowing the attacker to gain unauthorized access to the system and view the device's video stream.
Command Execution (CVE-2013-1598)
This vulnerability allows an attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the device, which can be used to perform actions normally restricted to authenticated administrators.
